BA/BS or MS in Accounting required, ACCA or MBA preferred., A proven leader with over 10 years of experience in a similar role, successfully leading teams., Proven track record of executing global RTR transformation agenda, driving RTR processes improvements, implementing technologies and ways of working, as well as leading implementation of process change across the organization., Strong communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with Top Leadership., Fluency in spoken and written English., Extensive knowledge of accounting, reporting and analysis, acquired through related work experience., Understanding and experience of standard accounting concepts, practices and procedures including compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)., Capable of directing the resolution of complex or unusual business problems while applying advanced analytical thought and judgment., Ability to analyze financial and operating statistics, performance measures and benchmarks to provide meaningful feedback., Comfortable with ambiguity, working in a fast-paced team environment with high volume activities and changing priorities., Lean or Six Sigma Certification is considered as a plus.
