We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controlling Transformation Lead to join our team. In this role, you will support the lead of the “Plan to Decide” process stream—a finance end-to-end process covering planning, procurement, and decision-making workflows—within a global ERP rollout. You will ensure efficient, streamlined processes and optimize the use of SAP CO and SAP IM modules across the organization.   Financial Controlling Transformation Lead Job Responsibilities:

Act as a stand-in for the Process Stream Lead, supporting oversight of the full finance “Plan to Decide” process while ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulations, and legal requirements. Support planning and execution of future roll-out waves for all remaining subsidiaries. Ensure successful implementation and optimization of SAP Controlling and Investment Management modules, providing guidance to the team on SAP functionalities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements; develop and maintain documentation and training materials. Support relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal business teams, ensuring integration and alignment of processes with business needs. Monitor and analyze process performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.

  Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in finance process management, ideally within end-to-end controlling, procurement, or planning processes, with a proven track record in SAP CO/IM implementations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Project management skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams; experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken). Willingness to travel 20-25% of the time.
