Your Responsibilities Independently preparing valuation reports and appraisals in both Polish and English Managing valuation projects independently, including portfolio valuations Conducting property inspections across Poland Maintaining and developing relationships with clients Collecting transactional data and conducting real estate market analyses Collaborating closely with the internal team. Our Requirements Higher education (preferred fields: economics, law, technical disciplines such as geodesy, spatial planning, etc.) Certified Property Valuer license (Rzeczoznawca Majątkowy) REV and RICS qualifications are a strong advantage 3–5 years of professional experience in valuing commercial real estate, including portfolios Strong report writing skills in both Polish and English Fluent English (spoken and written) Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, including Macros) Strong analytical thinking skills High attention to detail, reliability, and timely execution Ability to work independently on assigned tasks Excellent teamwork skills Programming skills (e.g., Visual Basic, Python) are a plus Experience with GIS mapping applications (e.g., QGIS) is an asset.
