We are looking for an experienced Global Kitchen Equipment Category Buyer lead sourcing activities for kitchen equipment. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end sourcing processes, negotiate best market conditions, and drive cost efficiencies across international projects.  Responsibilities Manage suppliers and execute tendering processes for kitchen equipment categories, Implement global contracts and coordinate international sourcing projects to maximize efficiency and savings, Prepare accurate budget forecasts and cost models for new and existing units, Secure competitive market prices and support cost optimization initiatives, Collaborate with global teams to identify best practices and improve processes. Requirements for Candidate 2 years of experience in category management (preferably Kitchen Equipment), University degree, Strong negotiation and analytical skills, Knowledge of sourcing and vendor management processes, Excellent English communication skills.
