can think strategically while staying hands-on with operations
🟡 Required skills & experience knowledge of at least 2 MA tools (Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, User.com, Synerise, etc.) experience in tool integrations (API basics, webhooks, JS understanding, reading documentation) ability to create end-to-end campaigns: goals, segments, briefs, execution ability to analyze data and produce actionable recommendations strong experience with e-commerce brands (preferably DTC) experience running workshops with clients
good command of project management tools (extra points for ClickUp)
🟠 What will you be doing?20–30% – Team leadership & retention ownership building retention processes and loyalty frameworks managing MA specialists and supporting their development co-creating and supervising affiliate program initiatives recruiting new team members
owning customer retention and repeat-purchase processes
70–80% – Senior Marketing Automation Specialist leading key MA projects for our most important clients designing and implementing advanced automation flows working with customer lifecycle, segmentation, and data
co-creating retention and lifecycle strategies
