Remote Customer Support Associate with TurkishIn this role, you will deliver high-quality customer service via email, chat, and phone channels to our high-profile clients, who specialize in internet-based search and video-sharing platforms.Your primary responsibilities will include resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and continuously strive to meet and exceed performance targets. Your tasks: Provide high-quality online customer service via email, chat and phone. Deliver efficient troubleshooting and query resolution. Identify, qualify and overcome customer objections. Meet deadlines with a fast-paced environment.  Our requirements: Fluency in written and spoken Turkish​. Intermediate level of written and verbal English. Available for a minimum of 130 hours per month. Experience in the call center or customer service industry. Excellent communication skills. Good analytical and organizational skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience or educational background in the online advertising or marketing field is a plus.  What we offer: Civil contract. Remote work type.
