We support our client via e-mail, phone and chat.Your tasks: Responding in real time to platform users' inquiries regarding LIVE streaming in terms of reported abuses and appeals of decisions made. Receiving user requests and resolving them in accordance with established platform standards. Collaborating in an international environment . Cooperation in a 24/7 shift format - day, night, weekend shifts - schedule determined according to your needs! Our expectations: Fluent knowledge of German (min. C1) and very good knowledge of English (min. B2). Willingness to provide shift assignments from Monday to Sunday from 9 A.M to 5 P.M. Availability for a minimum 140 hours and 2 weekends per month Ability to work in a team and a sense of responsibility. Good organization of own tasks and attention to details. Willingness to cooperate fully from the office in the city centre of Poznań.
