Join our team and help shape one of Europe’s leading e-commerce events!We organize the E-commerce Berlin Expo – one of Germany's most recognized e-commerce events. From our Poznań office, we manage year-round operations, connecting the e-commerce community across Europe.We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist based in Poznań (hybrid work model) to drive sales and grow our network in the German-speaking market. You’ll handle qualified leads, manage the full sales cycle, and develop new business opportunities. We’re seeking someone with proven B2B sales and partnership experience, ideally in tech, e-commerce, or events. You’ll also represent us at the E-commerce Berlin Expo and other key industry events across Europe.✅ Fluency in German is a must ✅Watch the highlights from our February event – and what you could be shaping in the next edition.About us: Location: Poznań Team size: 15–20 people Industry: Event organization (trade fairs & conferences) Your responsibilities: Acquire new clients and build long-term partnerships in the German-speaking market Manage the full sales process: outreach, negotiation, and closing deals Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and partners Attend trade shows and networking events across Europe to expand our reach What we’re looking for: Fluent German and English, comfortable with day-to-day business communication and negotiations; knowledge of Polish is a plus but not required Proven ability to drive B2B sales and develop partnerships, with 2–3+ years of experience closing high-value deals and fostering strong client relationships Confident and proactive communicator via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings, who enjoys connecting with new people and cultivating long-term business partnerships A genuine interest in e-commerce, tech, or the events industry is a plus What we offer:✅ Guaranteed competitive base salary, with commission on closed deals and additional performance bonuses✅ Hybrid work model with flexible hours (Poznań office + remote flexibility)✅ Opportunities to travel across Europe to meet potential partners and attend industry events✅ MacBook Air for personal use✅ MultiSport card✅ A supportive, international team where your ideas and initiative are valuedInterested? Apply now and tell us why you are the best fit for this role!
