About the role

We are looking for an FP&A Analyst – Business Partnering to support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles with a strong focus on costs and business performance. In this role, you will prepare financial reports, analyze results against benchmarks, identify risks and variances, and provide recommendations to business leaders. You will also contribute to transformation projects and process improvements.

🔹Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes with emphasis on SG&A costs

• Partner with stakeholders to deliver financial insights and decision support

• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc financial reports, including variance analyses

• Conduct regular financial reviews with senior finance and business partners

• Support month-end close, providing commentary and performance insights

• Contribute to transformation initiatives and process improvements

• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of all deliverables

🔹Requirements

• Experience in FP&A and understanding of accounting principles

• Fluent English (verbal and written)

• Strong MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and PowerPoint skills

• Knowledge of SAP, Workday, PowerBi, BPC (nice to have)

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders

• Professional, client-oriented approach
