About the role

We are looking for a skilled RTR Specialist with German to support financial operations and reporting. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will also partner with internal teams and auditors, driving both accuracy and process improvements.

🔹Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy of all transactions

• Perform monthly reconciliations and prepare financial statements

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies

• Identify and implement process improvements in financial accounting

🔹Qualifications:

• Fluency in German and good command of English

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 3+ years of RTR experience

• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software

• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, US GAAP

• CPA or equivalent certification (preferred)

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Effective communication and organizational skills
