Sales Operations SpecialistThe Sales Operations Specialist supports project onboarding, financial processes, and day-to-day operational workflows. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with both internal teams and customers.Your role: Collect information needed for project onboarding and ensure all steps in the onboarding system are completed. Maintain accurate project data, milestones, and budgets across internal tools. Coordinate with support teams in English to resolve workflow or system issues. Generate weekly and monthly reports for internal teams and customers. Prepare invoices, upload them to client systems, track approvals, and monitor payments. Maintain documentation, monitor system updates, and ensure user access remains valid. Communicate with customers regarding invoice acceptance, reports, and financial confirmations. Track budget ownership and identify potential discrepancies. Do we have a match?What we expect from you: Experience in sales operations, project coordination, or finance-related roles. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work with international teams in English. Familiarity with invoicing, reporting, and project-tracking tools.
