Responsibilities: Acting as the local point of contact for data protection matters (Local Privacy Responsible). Monitoring compliance of processes with GDPR and Group guidelines. Handling inquiries and reports related to personal data. Supporting the update of procedures, documentation, and awareness-raising activities regarding data protection. Cooperating with the Group Compliance department and supervisory authorities in data protection matters. Comprehensive handling of HR administration in accordance with labor law regulations. Managing and verifying personnel documentation in HR systems Providing support to employees in day-to-day HR matters. Requirements: Knowledge of data protection regulations (GDPR) and practical understanding of their application. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or personnel administration. Good knowledge of labor law and principles of maintaining HR documentation. Very good command of MS Office, particularly Excel. Accuracy, responsibility, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.
