If you are looking for challenges and want to gain valuable experience in an international business environment, XTB is the right place for you.We are a certified Great Place to Work company.Responsibilities Maintaining the register of Polish securities in compliance with KDPW regulations Reconciling data (transactions/balances) between XTB’s record-keeping system (Arise MBO) and the market Identifying and resolving discrepancies and supervising the correct handling of corporate actions (e.g., dividend payments) Handling securities transfers between XTB and other institutions Developing and automating operational processes Creating dedicated IT tools to support operations Contributing to the development of XTB’s record-keeping system (Arise MBO) – preparing requirements, testing, and implementation Collaborating with IT, Accounting, Taxes, Data Warehouse, Risk, and Legal departments Requirements Knowledge of KDPW regulations related to securities registration.
