With us it's normal 😊We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment/ IT equipment, and we have so much equipment in the office that you will almost feel at home. Tasks:- Provide technical support to equipment users.- Diagnose and resolve technical problems.- Providing information on products and their functionality.- Entering requests into the system. Our requirements:- Very good command of German,- Good command of English,- Basic knowledge of household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV). - Communicativeness, willingness to learn.- Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.- Availability for a minimum of 120 hrs per month. We recruit remotely! Information for you on our decision.  What we offer:- Civil contract with a rate of PLN 50,00 gross/hour.- Bonus system: after reaching the appropriate tenure and KPIs, +2 PLN gross per hour, then +4 PLN gross.- The possibility of arranging a convenient collaboration schedule; the project works on Monday-Friday 9:00 - 18:00, and Saturday 10:00 - 16:00.- ​The possibility of switching to hybrid work after 2 months - after training and the first month of independent work with good performance and obtaining the manager's permission.
