Sourcing & headhunting top candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, other platforms Interviewing candidates, assessing their technical and soft skills

Collaborating with hiring managers & sales teams to understand hiring needs  Managing our ATS (Zoho Recruit) & candidate pipelines Apply, if you have:

3+ years of experience in IT recruitment Understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Python, DevOps) Fluent Polish & English

Strong communication & negotiation skills
