Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field., 3+ years of experience in risk management, internal controls, SOX compliance, or audit, preferably in a GBS, shared services, or global environment., Strong understanding of SOX requirements and internal control frameworks, with hands-on experience supporting SOX programs., Experience with financial reconciliations and tools such as BlackLine., Working knowledge of SAP and its role in financial reporting and control design., Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus., Very good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions., Proactive mindset, strong ownership, and attention to detail.
