If you are looking for challenges and want to gain valuable experience in an international business environment, XTB is the right place for you.We are a certified Great Place to Work company.Responsibilities Calculate capital requirements in line with applicable regulations (IFR/CRR), including verifying data accuracy, performing reconciliations, and preparing supporting documentation Maintain, validate, and consolidate capital adequacy data across the XTB Group, ensuring consistency and compliance in reporting from subsidiary entities Supports external regulatory filing deliverables, including reporting to KNF, BFG, Pillar 3, and other disclosures Conduct data quality checks, identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams Develop and enhance reporting tools, templates, and processes to support accurate and efficient capital requirements calculations and monitoring Support the group-wide oversight of capital adequacy, including review of capital requirements calculations Collaborate closely with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of regulatory data Evaluates and manage controls on key processes and functions Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in capital adequacy, regulatory reporting or a related field within financial services or banking Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Quantitative Methods, or a related field Knowledge of IFR/CRR/CRD regulations and capital requirement methodologies Experience in calculating capital requirements, performing reconciliations, and validating large datasets Strong experience with SQL and comfort working with large and complex datasets Very strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to identify gaps and propose practical solutions Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a focus on process improvement and effectiveness Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and operate in a dynamic environment Proficiency in English sufficient for professional communication What we offer Stable employment based on an employment contract A chance to grow within the FinTech industry in an international environment, while having a real impact on the company and the evolution of its products Training under the supervision of experienced financial market professionals A clear development path supported by regular feedback and transparent career progression Hybrid work model Regular team-building and integration events Equipment tailored to your needs Wide range of benefits like private medical care, myBenefit platform, sport card, language learning platform, meal co-financing at the office and more Benefits
