Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related discipline, Strong IT project management and planning skills with 5+ years of experience, Previous experience in release or deployment management, preferably within the banking sector, Practical understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies, Experience working with incident, problem, and change management processes and tools under the ITIL framework, Confident use of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence, Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices, Basic understanding of DevOps ways of working, Technical mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with development teams, Ability to create and validate deployment runbooks in collaboration with technical teams, Strong interest in working with release orchestration tools to build automated release pipelines together with technical experts, Excellent networking, communication, and stakeholder management skills, Analytical mindset with strong coordination, planning, and organizational abilities, High attention to detail while maintaining an overall view of commitments and dependencies, Accountability, proactivity, and the ability to adapt quickly to change, Flexibility to work paid evenings and weekends during implementation events, Highly proficient spoken and written English, Experience with release and deployment automation activities (CICD, microservices setup, Jenkins, Digital.ai)
