You have at least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in an international context or professional services., A university degree in Economics, Psychology, HR Management, or a similar field is preferred., You communicate persuasively and have fluent English skills., You have good knowledge of MS 365 Office (MS Teams and Outlook as a must)., You work independently and in a structured manner, combined with flexibility and organizational talent., You enjoy communicating with internal and external target groups and always act solution-oriented, even in stressful situations., You have strong organizational and time management abilities.
