Proven experience in managing technically complex products and leading cross-functional teams. Capability to make technical decisions and drive product lifecycle governance., Strong knowledge of design control processes from the medical industry or transferable from other highly regulated sectors. Hands-on experience with PLM processes, engineering changes, and risk management (DFMEA)., Technical education in engineering, chemistry, or equivalent., Ability to operate in an environment with high quality and compliance demands. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., Fluent English (B2/C1), Ability to travel – available to travel estimated 5% of workdays, mainly Denmark, Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
