Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, 3–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering / Supplier Quality, Very good command of English, both spoken and written, Experience working with customer complaints, after-sales data, or defect analysis, Good knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies and corrective and preventive actions, Ability to read and understand technical documentation, drawings, and product specifications, Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, Independence, ownership mindset, and ability to collaborate in an international environment, Experience in the furniture, garden, or consumer products industry, Participation in product development or industrialization projects, Experience working with international suppliers, Knowledge of manufacturing processes (wood, metal, upholstery, assembly, packaging)
