Over 5 years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on Python, including designing and building scalable, production-grade applications, Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS (AWS Lambda, Step Functions, IAM, VPC, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudFormation), Proven expertise building and managing high-volume RESTful APIs, with a strong understanding of best practices for performance and security, Familiarity with Docker and building CI/CD pipelines, A strong conceptual and practical understanding of GenAI concepts, particularly embedding models, vector search, and reranking algorithms., Practise with agentic or RAG-specific frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex, Strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach to new tasks or any issues, Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Polish and English, Residing in Poland required, Experience within the Pharmaceutical and BioTech industry
