We are currently looking for Project Managers with French to join an international project delivered for a global marketing and communications group.. The system supports managing brand, campaign and client-related data across multiple agencies, providing structured workflows, role-based access and reporting dashboards. The application integrates with several internal systems and focuses on data consistency, scalability and security in a multi-organization environment. Responsibilites: Oversee the entire project Lifecycle from planning to delivery Manage project Timeline Maintain and monitor the RAID log to ensure proactive resolution coordinate cross functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders track progress and report on key milestones and performance indicators ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives coordinate UAT activities, including planning execution and issue tracking Requirements: Oversee the full project lifecycle for a global enterprise marketing and communications platform. Manage project timelines and ensure all key milestones are delivered on time. Proactively maintain the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) to resolve bottlenecks. Coordinate data management for brands, campaigns, and clients across multiple international agencies. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration and technical alignment. Maintain clear and consistent communication with global stakeholders. Track and report on project progress using key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure the system meets high standards for scalability, security, and data consistency. Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including issue tracking. Align all technical deliverables with the client's strategic business objectives. Manage a complex, multi-organization environment with various internal system integrations.
