You will act as a trusted advisor for clients, managing multiple projects end-to-end while bridging business needs with technical solutions—particularly in the area of data integration and ERP systems.Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for French-speaking clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships Independently manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to delivery Lead discussions with clients on data integration, system architecture, and ERP connectivity Understand client data structures and business processes to provide technical and functional guidance Define project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables Coordinate and oversee solution implementation Manage acceptance testing (UAT) and support client trainings Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with internal teams Required Skills & Experience Fluent French and good English (spoken and written) Proven experience in project and process management, ideally in a professional services or technology environment Strong client relationship management and communication skills Techno-functional background, including: Understanding of data structures and integrations Ability to comprehend ERP systems and advise clients on integration approaches Confidence in discussing technical solutions with non-technical stakeholders Experience defining project scope and managing end-to-end implementations Professional maturity and independence in handling complex, diverse responsibilities Strong analytical mindset and ability to quickly learn new systems and solutions Ability to effectively connect business needs with technical aspects What Our Client Offers 100% remote work within Poland or a hybrid option in Warsaw Full-time engagement Salary up to 20,000 PLN, depending on experience B2B contract or contract of employment (your choice) Work in an international, innovative environment with real impact on client solutions High level of autonomy and trust in your expertise Opportunity to work with leading European clients on complex, data-driven projects
