Opis stanowiska
Wymagania
5+ years in digital transformation, automation, industrial engineering or AI-related roles., Experience leading multi-site industrial projects., Proven track record of building and developing teams., Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, Data Science or related field., Fluent English (C1)., Willingness to travel across Europe (~20–50%) – mainly Poland, Czech Republic, France., Strong team-working skills and interdisciplinary mindset., Experience working with manufacturing systems (MES, ERP, etc).
