We are looking for a senior Project Delivery Manager to support a high-stakes, multi-country digital transformation program.The role focuses on program governance, performance management, release oversight, and risk and issue coordination. This is a central, highly visible position. The candidate must be immediately operational, structured, reliable, and able to bring clarity and discipline to a complex delivery ecosystem. The ideal profile demonstrates strong analytical capabilities, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to engage and coordinate diverse stakeholders (internal teams + external vendors). A quick start would be appreciated.Ideal Candidate Profile• 10+ years of experience in delivery management, PMO leadership, program coordination, service management, or release management.• Strong background operating in structured environments with governance frameworks (Prince2, ITIL, SAFe, Agile at scale). Proven experience running project governance for multi-team or multi-country programs.• Good understanding of software development cycles, CI/CD, testing, release processes, and incident management.• Demonstrated ability to track performance metrics (KPIs, SLA/SLO, capacity, risks) and present clear, actionable insights to leadership.• Experience working in large organizations where process, compliance, and cross-silo alignment are essential.• Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and drive decisions across stakeholders.• Adaptable, structured, resilient, and comfortable operating in a demanding, fast-moving environment.Main Responsibilities: Run program governance for a large digital initiative. Build and maintain program-level KPIs, dashboards, and decision-making frameworks. Manage end-to-end release cycles. Lead cross-team coordination to anticipate dependencies.
