Project Support & Customer Onboarding Coordinator100% remote, Poland.Possibility to work on Polish or US business hours. We’re looking for a Project Support & Coordinator to guide new customers through onboarding and go-live, ensuring a world-class customer experience. You’ll be the key point of contact, coordinating between internal experts and customer stakeholders, and keeping projects on track from kick-off to delivery. Responsibilities · Support customers in using the learning software platform.· Run 1:1 meetings, trainings, and troubleshooting sessions.· Set up and manage project plans, kick-offs, and follow-ups.· Proactively coordinate meetings, agendas, and next steps.· Handle customer requests via email, including bug reports and product feedback.· Identify issues early and drive problem-solving with internal teams. Required · 2+ years of project coordination, project management, or client-facing support experience.· English C1· Strong communication, expectation management, and meeting facilitation skills.· Ability to work autonomously and learn new products quickly.· Critical and creative thinking with a growth mindset.· Comfortable working to deadlines and iterating on feedback.
