Technical degree (or equivalent experience) in Automation, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Drives, or similar, Hands-on programming skills with PLC systems (ideally Siemens and/or Allen-Bradley) and HMI platforms, Solid understanding of industrial networks (Profibus, Profinet, EtherNet/IP) and practical integration, Strong analytical mindset: you can diagnose issues, test systematically, and document clearly, Willingness to undertake worldwide travelling for engineering, on site commissioning and customer support activities, Experience with commissioning / startup of automation systems on-site, Additional languages—especially German
