Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate dealer signups and launches for SmartPath Rental.
• Support product testing coordination and related validation activities.
• Partner with engineering and internal business stakeholders to track progress and remove blockers.
• Manage schedules, tasks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Provide general project coordination and operational support as adoption scales.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking skills with a self-starter mindset.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities (“many moving parts”).
• No strong technical background required, but must be comfortable understanding functional workflows (ex: scheduling and invoicing processes).

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency (e.g., drafting test cases, release notes, coordination support)
