Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field., Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management, preferably within electrical equipment or related industries, with a proven track record of achieving operational KPIs and driving performance improvements., Strong leadership and people management skills, with ability to inspire teams, manage change effectively, resolve conflicts, and develop talent in a diverse, multi-shift environment., Demonstrated experience in production planning, capacity management, workflow optimization, and operational excellence initiatives., Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies, with successful implementation history., Deep understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as quality management systems, with commitment to fostering a culture of safety and quality, Strong skills in budget development, cost control, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency and profitability., Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools; ability to learn and adapt to new technologies., Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and Polish language (oral and written).
