Work closely with business teams to understand, shape, and prioritize business demand. Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams. Provide subject-matter expertise on Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring best practices and optimal solution design. Collaborate with technical teams to guide implementation, customization, and integration of MS Dynamics CRM. Facilitate workshops, presentations, and stakeholder meetings, clearly communicating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives, quality standards, and timelines. Key Requirements: Strong functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, particularly within Customer Service and Sales areas. Solid technical understanding of MS Dynamics architecture, capabilities, and integrations. Proven experience in a Product Owner or similar role within technology-driven environments.
