The company's AI-driven platform delivers real-time brand equity tracking, trend detection, and product benchmarking, helping teams turn complex data into clear actions.The company is hiring a Product Owner (PO) to support the evolution of its platform and help deliver valuable product improvements to its customers.Role MissionSupport the delivery of a high-quality, customer-centric product by working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and Client teams.As a Product Owner, you will help translate customer needs and business priorities into clear requirements, support backlog management, and ensure the team is building the right things at the right time.What You’ll Do Support the product roadmap: Assist in maintaining and refining the product backlog in line with the broader product strategy. Write clear requirements: Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation to support development teams. Collaborate with teams: Work closely with engineering, design, and client success to clarify requirements and support delivery. Champion the user: Help gather and synthesize customer feedback, usage data, and internal insights to inform product decisions. Support releases: Assist with sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and release preparation. Learn product metrics: Track basic product KPIs such as feature usage, adoption, and customer feedback. Desired Outcomes Well-defined and prioritized backlog that supports timely delivery Clear, understandable requirements that reduce ambiguity for engineering Strong collaboration between product, engineering, and client-facing teams Continuous improvement based on user feedback and data Growing product knowledge and ownership over specific features or areas ‘Done – Done’ principal application across all product initiatives What We’re Looking For 3-7 years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role Very strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to fit content for different stakeholders Ability to break down complex problems into clear, actionable tasks Understanding and interest in B2B SaaS analytics, or data-driven products Ability to understand and plan for product re-architecture needs Strong understanding of data and insight value / usage, as our core products are dashboard based Curious, organized, and eager to learn product management best practices Ability to work in a small newly formed product team with Sr PM and UI / UX designer Experience with market research, consumer insights, or analytics tools is a strong plus
