Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within an Agile delivery environment., Hands-on experience managing digital products or end-to-end customer journeys, ideally in fintech, consumer finance, or online lending., Experience working across international markets or distributed teams is an advantage., Relevant certification (CSPO, AgilePM, PMP, or similar) is a plus.
