Proven experience as a Product Designer (UX/UI), with a track record of successfully leading projects requiring both UX and UI expertise, and delivering impactful digital products, documented in a portfolio., Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and to obtain business and technical requirements., Experience of working with Design Systems, proficiency in Figma., Strong visual design skills with attention to detail in typography, color and layout., Ability to leverage user insights to inform design decisions and drive product innovation., Knowledge of English is mandatory (at least on the B2 level).
