In this role, you will be responsible for solving routine problems through established guidelines and working closely with your team and supervisor to ensure timely and accurate task delivery.Key Responsibilities:Recording and managing vendor requests and inquiries in our workflow system - Service Now, as agreed upon between the partiesCommunicating with vendors via phone and email to discuss issues.Routing vendor inquiries to the relevant teams for review, action, and resolution, following the point of contact matrixResolving vendor requests and inquiries independently, without the need for client referral, whenever possibleEnsuring that all details of vendor requests and inquiries are accurately logged and tracked in the workflow systemCollaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of vendor issuesWith all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with Clients, peers, leaders, and communities.
