Finance Process Specialist / SAP S/4HANA

We are looking for an experienced professional to support the analysis, optimization, and implementation of finance and accounting processes as part of our SAP S/4HANA migration project.

Your knowledge and hands-on experience in finance and accounting will help us build a modern, efficient, and automated financial environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Analyzing and improving accounting processes using expert knowledge and practical experience gained in the field of finance
• Active participation in the SAP S/4HANA implementation project – collaboration with IT teams, SAP consultants, and the finance department
• Mapping current (“as-is”) processes and designing target (“to-be”) solutions
• Conducting testing, validation, and providing end-user support during the implementation
• Identifying areas for automation and process optimization
• Contributing to the creation of process documentation and operational procedures
• Collaborating with international teams to harmonize financial standards and practices

Our requirements:

• University degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in finance or accounting
• Practical knowledge of SAP (experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation will be an asset)
• Ability to analyze business processes and develop improvement solutions
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level) – international working environment
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proactive attitude, independence, and attention to detail
