Sales Manager (Head of Sales)

Location: Holandia, Nieuwegein

Job description

  • Organize and manage the sales team
  • Set goals and monitor the achievement of sales plans
  • Conduct meetings
  • Provide training and mentorship
  • Motivate the team
  • Analyze sales performance and optimize the sales funnel in CRM
  • Negotiate with key clients and present the company’s services
  • Maintain and develop long-term relationships with VIP and key clients
  • Collaborate with marketing, accounting, and legal departments
  • Monitor client service quality and contract compliance
  • Prepare reports and analyze performance results

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management
  • Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian
  • English at least B2
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build trust-based relationships
  • High communication skills
  • Responsibility
  • Willingness to learn
