3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Administrator, or HR Partner role, Solid understanding of Polish employment law and HR best practices, Experience being the face of HR and representing policies to managers and employees, Background in a service-oriented HR environment, working with SLAs and measurable KPIs, Experience using HRIS, Jira Service Management, and other automated HR tools, Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset, Proficiency in Google Workspace (mostly Gsheets), Fluency in Polish and English, both spoken and written, Experience working in a fast-paced, international company, Exposure to fintech, technology, or financial services industries, CIPD or other HR-related qualification, Experience collaborating with remote or global teams
