If you are looking for challenges and want to gain valuable experience in an international business environment, XTB is the right place for you.We are a certified Great Place to Work company.Responsibilities Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries across multiple locations and supporting global HR initiatives Coordinating end-to-end HR lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day employee services Managing HR documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with local regulations Administering HR tools such as time and attendance systems and HRIS Supporting the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and projects Daily cooperation with the payroll team and other HR teams to continuously improve processes and employee experience Preparing reports, responding to employee requests, and ensuring service delivery meets internal SLAs Requirements 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Administrator, or HR Partner role Solid understanding of Polish employment law and HR best practices Experience being the face of HR and representing policies to managers and employees Background in a service-oriented HR environment, working with SLAs and measurable KPIs Experience using HRIS, Jira Service Management, and other automated HR tools Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset Proficiency in Google Workspace (mostly Gsheets) Fluency in Polish and English, both spoken and written  Nice to have Experience working in a fast-paced, international company Exposure to fintech, technology, or financial services industries CIPD or other HR-related qualification Experience collaborating with remote or global teams What we offer Stable employment based on an employment contract A chance to grow within the FinTech industry in an international environment, while having a real impact on the company and the evolution of its products Training under the supervision of experienced financial market professionals A clear development path supported by regular feedback and transparent career progression Hybrid work model (3 days of working from home per week) Regular team-building and integration events Equipment tailored to your needs Wide range of benefits like private medical care, myBenefit platform, sport card, language learning platform, meal co-financing at the office and more Benefits
