The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying complex Pega applications, preferably in the healthcare sector.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy Pega applications, including Case Management, Data Models, UI, and integrations (REST/SOAP). Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other developers to gather requirements and implement solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system performance and reliability. Participate actively in Agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure best practices in Pega development, maintainable code, and quality standards. Support testing, deployment, and documentation of Pega solutions. Requirements: 6+ years of hands-on experience in Pega development. Proven experience delivering complex Pega solutions. Strong knowledge of core Pega concepts: Case Management, Data Models, UI, and integrations (REST/SOAP). Experience working in Agile environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and collaboration abilities. Experience in the Healthcare sector is a strong plus. Pega certifications (CSSA, LSA) are an advantage.
