Opis stanowiska

Zakres obowiązków Manage and optimise the end-to-end O2C (Order to Cash) process to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Enable the structures to grow, develop and in-take upcoming transitions. Lead the OTC transformation process, including the introduction of new tools and frameworks. Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including PTP & RTR Towers) to streamline workflows and improve processes. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to address inefficiencies. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding O2C operations. Provide training and guidance to teams to ensure understanding and adherence to processes. Wymagania A successful O2C Process Manager should have: F&A SSC/GBS background and proven track record of end-to-end OTC process management. Experience in integrating SAP (R3/S4) with ticketing tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address process inefficiencies. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively - both directly and indirectly). Knowledge of EMEA financial regulations and compliance standards.
