We are looking for teachers to join the Little Academy team.

Ideal Candidate (Polish-speaking Teacher):

• Holds a degree in preschool or early childhood education, psychology, nursing, or is currently studying in one of these fields

• Is fluent in spoken and written English

• Has experience working with preschool-aged children

• Demonstrates empathy, patience, and creativity

• Is able to work in an international environment and communicate effectively with parents

Ideal Candidate (English-speaking Teacher):

• Is a native English speaker or has C1/C2 English proficiency

• Holds a degree in early childhood education, psychology, nursing, or a related field, or is currently studying

• Has experience working with preschool-aged children

• Is energetic, cheerful, and committed

• Values teamwork, cooperation, and open communication
