Extensive experience - at least 10 years in cash allocations, finance operations, customer services within order to cash ,, Strong technical proficiency – hands-on experience with reconciliation software and accounting and invoicing systems, advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and ability to quickly learn new tools,, Solid understanding of financial controls and safeguarding principles, including risk identification and mitigation in reconciliation processes and credit control practices;, Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills – ability to investigate complex cases, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions,, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams,, Experience in process documentation and improvement – creating and maintaining SOPs, runbooks, and process maps, and driving automation or efficiency initiatives,, Leadership capabilities – mentoring team members, acting as a point of escalation, and reporting key metrics and risks to senior leadership.
