Requirements description

• 3+ years of professional experience in system engineering or a similar role;
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Server and Client environments;
• Hands-on experience with AD / Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and GPO;
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation; knowledge of Python is considered an advantage;
• Practical experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), including VM management;
• Experience with cloud-based virtual desktop solutions (big plus);
• Good understanding of IT security practices (endpoint protection, compliance, monitoring);
• Basic network troubleshooting skills (advantage);
• Experience with release processes and DLP policies (optional);
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent professional training;
• Fluent English (German or other languages are a plus).

Rate: 13 000 - 17 000 PLN on UoP

Your responsibilities

1. Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support for complex IT issues, analyzing problems to find root causes;
2. Ensure stability and performance of IT systems while proactively improving them through automation and best practices;
3. Maintain documentation and task tracking in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence);
4. Coordinate and support application and infrastructure releases with well-documented deployments;
5. Support the implementation and monitoring of IT security measures, including endpoint protection (Microsoft Defender) and compliance monitoring;
