For our Client we are looking for Remote Scrum Master - Poland located ONLY

We are looking for an experienced person who has around 3-5 years of experience in the role as a SM, and a solid understanding of data management or BI is a large plus.

Team: Overall programm is quite big, around 65 processes which include internal and mostly external, mostly in India. SMs are from Poland and a team sitting in denmark. Scrum Master is for just one team. Around 10-15 people per team. inclused users, Product Managers, engineers, data architects. data and analytics background.

Program manager for the suply chain and AI for this program. There are different product teams and they need a new Scrum master.

Your responsibilities

1. New SM needs to have good understanding of data management / BI and processes.
2. They will be supporting architects in technical tasks.
3. They need to know how to articulate and assign the work, drive spring planning and daily stand ups and ask relevant questions to the team.
4. It is important to highlight risk and independencies and during weekly scrrums they need to clearly articulate the challenges and what the possible options are so that they know what the technical issues are.
