About the role

As a Team Lead at Keepit, you’ll manage a team of 5–8 engineers, overseeing delivery, performance, and team growth while nurturing talent. In this role, you’ll be driving innovation, shaping architecture, and promoting engineering best practices across the team.

Your responsibilities

1. Operate with a high level of autonomy, driving the team roadmap and delivering value towards your product area.
2. Drive technical excellence and ensure reliable delivery of the team, working closely together with Product Managers and Delivery Managers.
3. Guide discussions on a technical level and your are still expected to contribute to the codebase.
4. Align engineering priorities with product and business goals.
5. Stay connected to the broader company strategy, bringing a "big picture" mindset to technical and cross-functional decisions.
6. Coach engineers through regular feedback, goal-setting, and career development conversations.
