Qualifications:
As the Partner Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating positive relationships with our partners and ensuring their success within our solution. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end partner experience, from onboarding to ongoing support, and driving initiatives to maximize partner satisfaction, retention, and expansion revenue. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and a customer-centric mindset to drive partner strategy. Very close collaboration with the Partner Operations Specialist is key to this role’s success.
Highly visible, customer-centric & strategic position to empower key Partners to continue to transform their business and meet their objectives. This role is crucial in driving strategy, adoption, renewals, and expansion within each of our partners.
Revenue Generation: Drive partner engagement to meet or exceed sales targets and expand RAI services across assigned partners. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, present RAI offerings effectively, and manage renewals, true-ups, and true-forward activities. Prepare MSAs, SOWs, and other agreements, maintain accurate Salesforce forecasting, and provide revenue projections during Sales meetings. Represent partner needs across the organization and support cross-functional initiatives to increase satisfaction and drive revenue growth. This is a quota-carrying role aligned with company booking objectives.
Relationship & Communication Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Executive-level contacts. Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, escalations, and strategic discussions. Conduct Business Reviews to highlight achievements and value, lead conversations with decision makers, set expectations, and collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations, Data) to deliver a unified partner experience. Address issues promptly and advocate for partner priorities within RAI.
Success Planning & Execution: Define partner objectives, success metrics, and KPIs. Develop and execute success plans, monitor quarterly progress, identify gaps, and provide recommendations to maximize value, improve outcomes, and strengthen alignment between partner operations and RAI offerings.
Training & Enablement: Deliver training programs and resources to support partner adoption of RAI solutions. Host role-based enablement sessions and maintain strong understanding of OEM requirements such as Cisco CX Specialization.
Performance Monitoring: Track partner performance, sales metrics, and engagement indicators to identify optimization opportunities.
