Product Designer

A Product Designer is responsible for designing and enhancing user interfaces and experiences with a high degree of independence. This role emphasizes Human-Centered Design (HCD) methodology to ensure that user needs are at the forefront of the design process. The Product Designer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and user-centric designs that align with business goals.

Your responsibilities

1. Design and Development:
2. Independently design and develop user interfaces and experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and accessible
3. Design components for larger systems and ensure consistency across products
4. Utilize design standards and best practices for the Platform or Division based on guidance from the Distinguished Designer and Principal & Lead Designers
5. Human-Centered Design:
6. Apply HCD principles to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points through comprehensive research and user testing
