Requirements description

  • Experience as Account Manager / Customer Success / Key Account
  • Confidence working with CRM systems (Zoho is a plus)
  • Understanding of SaaS or POS systems (Syrve, iiko, Poster, etc.)
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • English + Polish (extra languages are a plus)

We are looking for an Account Manager to support and develop our existing clients across multiple markets (Georgia, Cyprus, Poland, Spain, etc.). In this role, you will build long-term partnerships, ensure client satisfaction and retention, and drive upsell opportunities.

Your responsibilities

  1. Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients
  2. Conduct regular calls and check-ins (online/offline)
  3. Track client needs and coordinate tasks with Sales, Support and Project Teams
  4. Identify upselling opportunities and present new solutions
  5. Monitor satisfaction (CSAT/NPS) and prevent churn
