An experienced PC user (General Microsoft Windows knowledge)
Existing technical background or a strong desire to explore the field of software and hardware products
Training and time-management skills
Communication and listening
Understanding of conflict resolution
Empathy, positive attitude and Self-Control
Optional:
Previous experience in the Support field
Technical background and IT education
Experience in working with CRM and Jira;
